8K-A-100F-HDMI-CABLE is a 100ft HDMI 2.1 hybrid active optical cable (AOC). Route this ultra-high-speed HDMI 2.1 hybrid active optical cable (AOC) through office plenum spaces for long-distance transmission of 8K 60Hz video and high-quality audio. The HDMI 2.1 AOC features a hybrid construction consisting of fibre optic cores and copper conductors. This enables the offloading of low-bandwidth signals (EDID/HDCP/eARC) to maintain high-bandwidth transmission of 8K 60Hz video over optical fibre. The fibre optic inner cores and shielded copper conductors greatly reduce EMI for optimal signal quality across longer distances. This plenum-rated HDMI 2.1 cable features a CMP-rated cable jacket for use in plenum spaces in buildings (e.g., ceilings and in-wall installations). The optical fibre core is reinforced with Aramid strands for tensile strength and is rated to withstand over 6,000 bending cycles at 120 degrees.
