The 1N582X series from STMicroelectronics is axial leaded, single low drop power schottky rectifier in DO-201AD package. These diode features very small conduction losses, negligible switching losses and extremely fast switching. Typically suited for switch mode power supplies and high frequency DC to DC converters, low voltage, high frequency inverters, freewheeling, polarity protection and small battery chargers.

- Maximum repetitive reverse voltage Vrrm of 20V, 30V and 40V
- Non repetitive forward surge current IFSM of 80A at tp 10ms
- Forward current If(AV) of 3A
- Maximum forward voltage VF of 850mV, 900mV and 950mV respectively at IF 9.4A
- Maximum operating junction temperature of 150°C
