The STPS2L40U is a low drop power Schottky Rectifier features very small conduction losses, negligible switching losses and low forward voltage drop. This device is especially intended for surface mounting and used in low voltage, high frequency inverters, free wheeling and polarity protection applications. Suitable for high frequency DC to DC converters.
