STTH30R06CW is a Turbo 2 ultrafast high voltage rectifier 3 pin TO-247 package. This device using ST Turbo 2 600V technology, is specially suited as boost diode in continuous mode power factor corrections and hard switching conditions. The device is also intended for use as a free wheeling diode in power supplies and other power switching applications.
- Repetitive peak reverse voltage is 600V
- Average forward current is 2 x 15A
- Forward voltage drop of 1.8V max at 15A
- Reverse recovery time trr (max) of 50ns
- Maximum operating junction temperature of 175°C
