제품 개요
TS3312ACR is a micropower high-precision series voltage reference. It is capable of providing stable and precise output voltages with an initial accuracy of 0.15% over an extended temperature range. The ultra-low operating current is a key advantage for power-restricted designs. In addition, the TS33 is very stable over the entire operating temperature range, making it suitable for high-precision applications. Typical applications are portable equipment, data acquisition systems, instrumentation, medical equipment, test equipment.
- High initial accuracy: +/-0.15%
- Stable when used with capacitive loads
- 30ppm/°C maximum temperature coefficient
- Minimum input voltage is 1.8V minimum (ILOAD = 0mA, Tamb = 25°C)
- Short-circuit current sourcing/sinking is 35mA typical
- Quiescent current is 4.4µA typ (-40°C <lt/> Tamb <lt/> +85°C)
- Noise floor is 27µVP-P typ (f = 0.1Hz to 10Hz)
- 1.25V output voltage
