TCP0020

TCP0020 is a high performance, easy to use calibrated AC/DC current probe designed for use with a variety of oscilloscopes. It is designed for direct connection to oscilloscopes, powered directly by oscilloscopes with the TekVPI probe interface. This current probe features accurate AC/DC current measurements, DC to greater than 50MHz bandwidth, core jaw diameter of 5mm (0.2"), accurately measures current levels as low as 10mA per division, split-core construction allows easy circuit connection, low noise and DC drift and high accuracy with typically less than 1% DC gain error which is important for meeting today’s challenging current measurement needs. It is used in semiconductor devices, power supplies, power inverter/converters, electronic ballasts, mobile communications, motor drives and transportation systems.
