TC7WB66CFK,LF(CT is a low ON-resistance, high-speed CMOS 2-bit bus switch. This bus switch allows connections or disconnections to be made with minimal propagation delay while maintaining Low power dissipation which is the feature of CMOS. It requires the output enable (OE) input to be set low to place the output into the high-impedance state, whereas the TC7WB67CFK requires the output enable (OE) input to be set high to place the output into the high impedance. This bus switch consists of P-MOS and N-MOS structures, meaning these devices are suitable for analogue signal transmission. All inputs are equipped with protector circuits to protect the device from static discharge.
- Dual SPST bus switch, AEC-Q100 grade 1 qualified
- VCC operating voltage range from 1.65V to 5.5V
- ON-resistance is 4 ohm typical at (VIS = 0V, IIS = 30mA, 4.5VCC)
- Quiescent supply current is 10µA maximum at (VIN = VCC or GND, IOUT = 0A, 5.5VCC)
- Output enable time is 4ns maximum at (5.0 ±0.5V, Ta = -40 to 85°C)
- Input capacitance is 5pF typical at (OE = GND, VI/O = 0V)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C, US8 package
