The BRT12M-X001 is a 6-pin Phototriac Output Optocoupler consists of AC optocoupler non-zero voltage detectors consisting of two electrically insulated lateral power ICs which integrate a thyristor system, a photodetector and noise suppression at the output and an IR GaAs diode input. It is suitable for office equipment.
