제품 개요
The IL223AT is a 1-channel 8-pin High Gain Optocoupler with photodarlington output and base connection. It consists of a gallium arsenide infrared LED emitter and a silicon NPN photodarlington transistor detector. The device has a CTR tested at 1mA LED current. This low drive current permits easy interfacing from CMOS to LSTTL or TTL. It is compatible with dual wave, vapour phase and IR reflow soldering.
