LL101A-GS18

The LL101A-GS18 is a Small Signal Schottky Diode with integrated protection ring against static discharge. It is a metal-on-silicon Schottky barrier device which is protected by a PN junction guard ring. This device features low forward voltage drop and fast switching make it ideal for protection of MOS devices, steering, biasing and coupling diodes for fast switching and low logic level applications. It is used for general purpose applications. It can also be used in HF-detector, protection circuit, diode for low currents with a low supply voltage, small battery charger, power supplies and DC/DC converter for notebooks.
