The MBRF20H100CT-E3 is a dual common cathode high voltage Schottky Rectifier with matte tin plated leads and guard ring for overvoltage protection. This device is designed with high barrier technology for improved high temperature performance. It can be used in high frequency rectifier of switching mode power supplies, freewheeling diodes, DC/DC converters and polarity protection application.
