VS-10TQ035-M3 is a VS-10TQ series high performance Schottky rectifier. This has been optimized for low reverse leakage at high temperature. The proprietary barrier technology allows for reliable operation up to 175°C junction temperature. Typical applications are in switching power supplies, converters, freewheeling diodes, and reverse battery protection.
- Low forward voltage drop, high frequency operation
- High purity, high temp epoxy encapsulation for enhanced mechanical strength and moisture resistance
- Guard ring for enhanced ruggedness and long term reliability
- Designed and qualified according to JEDEC®-JESD 47
- 10A maximum average forward current, 35V repetitive peak reverse voltage
- 570mV maximum forward voltage, 1.05kA surge current
- 13mJ non-repetitive avalanche energy (TJ = 25°C, IAS = 2A, L = 6.5mH)
- 8.0nH typical series inductance (measured lead to lead 5mm from package body)
- 10,000V/μs maximum voltage rate of change (rated VR)
- TO-220AC 2L package, maximum junction and storage temperature range from -55 to +175°C
