VS-42CTQ030-M3 is a high performance schottky rectifier. This centre tap schottky rectifier has been optimized for very low forward voltage drop, with moderate leakage. The proprietary barrier technology allows for reliable operation junction temperature. Typical applications include switching power supplies, converters, freewheeling diodes, and reverse battery protection.
- High purity, high temp epoxy encapsulation for enhanced mechanical strength, moisture resistance
- High frequency operation
- Guard ring for enhanced ruggedness and long term reliability
- Designed and qualified according to JEDEC®-JESD 47
- Maximum average forward current is 20A (per leg, 50% duty cycle at TC = 121°C, rectangular waveform)
- Maximum DC reverse voltage is 30V
- Maximum forward voltage drop per leg is 0.38V (TJ = 125°C, 20A)
- Maximum reverse leakage current per leg is 183mA (VR = rated VR, TJ = 125°C)
- Common cathode circuit configuration
- TO-220AB 3L package, operating junction temperature range from -55 to +150°C
