- Low input capacitance (Ciss), reduced switching and conduction losses
- Ultra low gate charge (Qg), avalanche energy rated (UIS)

- Drain to source voltage is 100V max (TC = 25°C)
- Static drain to source on-resistance is 1.3mohm typ (VGS = 10V, ID = 200A, TJ = 25°C)
- Continuous drain current, VGS at 10V is 435A max (TC = 25°C)
