The BT139-600 from NXP is a planar passivated four quadrant triac in 3 pin SOT78 (TO-220AB) plastic package. Triac are intended for use in applications requiring high bidirectional transient and blocking voltage capability, high thermal cycling performance.
- High blocking voltage capability
- Less sensitive gate for high noise immunity
- Planar passivated for voltage ruggedness and reliability
- Maximum gate trigger voltage of 1V
- Maximum holding current is 45mA
- RMS onstate current is 16A
- Maximum junction temperature of 125°C
- Peak gate power of 5W
- Non repetitive peak on-state current of 155A
- Repetitive peak off state voltage of 600V
