Form factor fitting, dual channel differential isolated gate driver tool optimized for the high performance XM3 SiC half bridge power modules. Each of the two gate drive channels is protected against overcurrent and reverse polarity. The on-board 2W isolated power supplies support 80KHz switching frequency. Typical applications include motor and traction drives, UPS, EV chargers, industrial automation & testing, power supplies.
