The 6714 series EcoWire from Alpha Wire are hook up wires used for electrical connections. EcoWire is the latest innovation in hook up wire featuring flexible Noryl insulation to provide an environment friendly alternative to PVC. Noryl is a modified polyphenylene ether thermoplastic that is inherently lighter, tougher and more flame resistance than PVC. The superior dielectric property of mPPE reduces wall thickness and maintains the same electrical properties as PVC. EcoWire’s diameter is up to 45% smaller in size than equivalent wire and can be recycled easily.
