AD5664BCPZ-R2 is a rail-to-rail output, quad, 16-bit nanoDAC. It operates from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply and is guaranteed monotonic by design. It requires an external reference voltage to set the output range of the DAC. This device incorporates a power-on reset circuit that ensures the DAC output powers upto 0V and remains there until a valid write takes place. This device contains a power-down feature that reduces the current consumption of the device to 480nA at 5V and provides software-selectable output loads while in power-down mode.

- Gain error is ±1.5% of FSR maximum at (VDD = +2.7V to +5.5V; RL = 2Kohm to GND)
- Output voltage settling time is 4μs typical at (¼ to ¾ scale settling to ±2LSB)
- Slew rate is 1.8V/μs typical at (VDD = +2.7V to +5.5V; RL = 2Kohm to GND; CL = 200pF to GND)
- Digital-to-analogue glitch impulse is 10nV-s typical at (1LSB change around major carry)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C, 10-lead LFCSP package
