AD5693 is a member of the nano DAC+® family, it is a low power, single-channel, 16-bit buffered voltage output DAC. It operate from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply and are guaranteed monotonic by design. The internal power-on reset circuit ensures that the DAC register is written to zero scale at power-up while the internal output buffer is configured in normal mode. It contain a power-down mode that reduces the current consumption of the device to 2µA (maximum) at 5V and provides software selectable output loads. It is widely used in application such as process controls, data acquisition systems, digital gain and offset adjustment programmable voltage sources, optical modules.

- Low drift, voltage reference is 2ppm/°C
- Selectable span output is 2.5V or 5V
- External reference only, selectable span output is VREF or 2 × VREF
- Total unadjusted error (TUE) is ±0.06% of FSR maximum
- Offset error is ±1.5mV max, B grade performance
- Gain error is ±0.05 % of FSR max, low glitch is 0.1nV-sec
- High drive capability is 20mA, active-low LDAC pinout
- Low power is 1.2mW at 3.3V
- Operating temperature is −40°C to +105°C, package style is 8-lead LFCSP-UD
