제품 개요
AD586 is a high precision 5V reference. It is a monolithic voltage reference. It has ion-implanted buried zener diode and laser wafer trimming with high stability thin-film resistors. The buried zener approaches reference to provide lower noise and drift to band gap voltage references. This voltage reference offers a noise reduction pin that can be used to further reduce the noise level generated by the buried zener. It provides outstanding performance at low cost.
