AD7898ARZ-10

AD7898 is a fast 12bit ADC that operates from a single 5V supply. The part contains a successive approximation A/D converter, an on-chip track/hold amplifier, an on-chip clock, and a high speed serial interface.

• Fast 12bit ADC with 220KSPS throughput rate
• High speed, flexible, serial interface that allows interfacing to 3V processors
• On-chip track/hold amplifier
• Selection of input ranges: ±10V
• High input impedance
• Low power: 22.5mW max
• 71dB min SINAD, -78dB max THD at fIN = 30KHz sine wave and 3.6MHz typ full power BW at 3dB
• 8 lead SOIC package
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
