AD8017ARZ

AD8017 is a low cost, dual high speed amplifier capable of driving low distortion signals to within 1V of the supply rail. It is intended for use in single supply xDSL systems where low distortion and low cost are essential. Typical application includes xDSL PCI cards, consumer DSL modems, line driver and video distribution.

• High output drive capability: 20Vp-p differential output voltage, RL = 50 ohm
• 10V p-p single-ended output voltage while delivering 200mA to a 25 ohm load
• Low power operation: 5V to 12V voltage supply at 7mA/Amplifier
• Low distortion: -78dBc at 500KHz SFDR, RL = 100 ohm, VO = 2V p-p
• Low distortion of -58dBc highest harmonic at 1MHz, IO = 270mA
• High speed: 160MHz -3dB bandwidth (G = +2)
• 1600V/µs slew rate and 2ns rise and fall time
• 74ns typ overload recovery at VIN = 5V p-p
• 8 lead SOIC package
• Operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
