AD8061ARZ-REEL7

AD8061ARZ-REEL7 is a low cost, single channel, rail-to-rail output voltage feedback amplifier offering ease of use and low cost. It has a bandwidth and slew rate typically found in current feedback amplifiers. A wide input common-mode voltage range and output voltage swing, makes it easy to use on single supplies as low as 2.7V. It offers a typical low power of 6.8mA/amplifier, while being capable of delivering upto 50mA of load current. It is used in applications such as imaging, photodiode preamps, professional video and cameras, handsets, DVDs/CDs, base stations, filters, ADC drivers, clock buffers.

• 320MHz typical -3dB small signal bandwidth at (G = 1, VO = 0.2V p-p, TA = 25°C, VS = 5V)
• Slew rate is 650V/µs typical at (G = 1, VO = 2V step, RL = 2Kohm)
• Settling time to 0.1% is 35ns typical at (G = 2, VO = 2V step, TA = 25°C, VS = 5V)
• Operating voltage range from 2.7V to 8V, input voltage range from -0.2V to +3.2V with VS = 5V
• Differential gain error is 0.01% typical at (G = 2, RL = 150 ohm, TA = 25°C, VS = 5V)
• Differential phase error is 0.04° typical at (G = 2, RL = 150 ohm, TA = 25°C, VS = 5V)
• Input bias current is 3.5µA typical at (TA = 25°C, VS = 5V)
• Input voltage noise is 8.5nV/√Hz typical at (f = 100KHz, TA = 25°C, VS = 5V)
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C, package style is 8-lead SOIC-N
