AD8475ACPZ-WP is a precision, selectable gain, fully differential funnel amplifier. It is a fully differential, attenuating amplifier with integrated precision gain resistors. It provides precision attenuation (by 0.4 or 0.8), common-mode level shifting, and single-ended-to-differential conversion along with input overvoltage protection. Power dissipation on a single 5V supply is only 16mW. It is simple to use, fully integrated precision gain block, designed to process signal levels of upto 10V on a single supply. It provides a complete interface to make industrial level signals directly compatible with the differential input ranges of low voltage high performance 16-bit or 18-bit single-supply successive approximation (SAR) analogue-to-digital converters (ADCs). It is used in applications such as ADC drivers, differential instrumentation amplifier building blocks, single-ended-to-differential converters.

- 150MHz typical -3dB bandwidth at (VS = 5V, G = 0.4, TA = 25°C)
- Slew rate is 50V/µs typical at (VS = 5V, G = 0.4, TA = 25°C)
- Output voltage noise is 2.5µV p-p typical at (f = 0.1Hz to 10Hz)
- Gain drift is 1ppm/°C typical at (-40°C ≤ TA ≤ +85°C)
- Supply current is 3mA typ, THD + N is 112dB typ at (f = 100KHz, VOUT = 4V p-p)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C, 16-lead LFCSP package
