ADA4098-1 is a single channel, robust, precision, rail-to-rail input and output operational amplifier (op-amp). This devices' Over-The-Top™ input stages have robust input protection features for abusive environments. The inputs can tolerate upto 80V of differential voltage without damage or degradation to dc accuracy. The operating common-mode input range extends from rail-to-rail and beyond, up to 70V <gt/> –VS, independent of the +VS supply. This device has unity-gain stable and can drive loads requiring upto 20mA per channel. This device can also drive capacitive loads as large as 200pF. This amplifier is available with low power shutdown. It is widely used in application such as industrial sensor conditioning, supply current sensing, battery and power supply monitoring, front-end amplifiers in abusive environments, 4mA to 20mA transmitters etc.

• Input voltage noise is 400nV p-p typical at (0.1Hz to 10Hz), 1/f noise corner is 6Hz typical
• Slew rate is 0.4V/µs typical, ±3KV HBM and ±1.25KV FICDM
• Low power supply current shutdown is 20µA maximum
• Input offset current is ±350pA typical, large signal voltage gain is 150dB typical
• PSRR is 145dB typical, input overdrive tolerant with no phase reversal
• Operating temperature is -55°C to +150°C, packaging style is 6-lead TSOT
