ADA4098-2BRZ is a dual robust, precision, rail-to-rail input and output operational amplifier (op-amp) with inputs that operate from -VS to +VS and beyond which is referred as Over-The-Top™. This is Over-The-Top™ input stage has robust input protection features for abusive environments. The inputs can tolerate up to 80V of differential voltage without damage or degradation to dc accuracy. The operating common-mode input range extends from rail-to-rail and beyond from -0.1 to 70V > –VS, independent of the +VS supply. The unity-gain is stable and can drive loads requiring up to 20mA per channel. The devices can also drive capacitive loads as large as 200pF. Applications include industrial sensor conditioning, supply current sensing, battery and power supply monitoring, front-end amplifiers in abusive environments, 4mA to 20mA transmitters.

- Typical low power supply current is 165µA per channel
- Typical input offset voltage is ±15µV ((VCM) = 2.5V, (TA) = 25°C)
- Typical input offset voltage drift is ±0.1µV/°C ((VCM) = 2.5V, (TA) = 25°C)
- 400nV p-p typical input voltage noise (frequency (f) = 0.1Hz to 10Hz, (TA) = 25°C)
- 1.05MHz typical gain bandwidth product (test frequency (fTEST) = 2.5KHz, (TA) = 25°C)
- 0.4V/µs typical slew rate (ΔVOUT = 2V, (VCM) = 2.5V, (TA) = 25°C)
- 20µA maximum supply current per channel (Amplifier shutdown, VSHDN = -VS +1.5V)
- 140dB typ CMRR (VCM = -0.1V to +70V), 145dB typ PSRR (VSY = +3V to ±25V)
- 8 lead SOIC package, temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
