ADA4530-1ARZ

ADA4530-1 is a femto ampere (10¯¹⁵A) level input bias current operational amplifier suitable for use as an electrometer that also includes an integrated guard buffer. Typical application includes laboratory and analytical instrumentation: spectrophoto meters, chromatographs, mass spectrometers and, potentiostatic and amperostatic coulometry, instrumentation such as picoammeters and coulombmeters, transimpedance amplifier (TIA) for photodiodes, ion, chambers and working electrode measurements, high impedance buffering for chemical sensors and capacitive sensors.

• Low input bias current, ±20fA maximum at TA = 25°C (guaranteed at production test)
• ±20fA max at -40°C <lt/> TA <lt/> 85°C and ±250fA max at -40°C <lt/> TA <lt/> 125°C (guaranteed at production test)
• Low offset voltage of 50µV maximum over specified CMRR range
• Offset voltage drift of ±0.13µV/°C typical, ±0.5µV/°C maximum
• Integrated guard buffer with 100µV maximum offset
• 14nV/√Hz at 10KHz low voltage noise density and 0.5µV typ long-term offset voltage drift (10,000hr)
• Wide bandwidth of 2MHz unity -gain crossover and 1.5µV typical temperature hysteresis
• Supply voltage range from 4.5V to 16V (±2.25V to ±8V)
• 8 lead NSOIC package
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
