ADA4891-2 is a dual, low cost CMOS, high speed, rail-to-rail amplifier. This amplifier offers high performance at a low cost. It feature true single-supply capability, with an input voltage range that extends 300mV below the negative rail. In spite of their low cost, the device provides high performance and versatility. The rail-to-rail output stage enables the output to swing to within 50mV of each rail, enabling maximum dynamic range. This amplifier is ideal for imaging applications, such as consumer video, CCD buffers and contact image sensor and buffers. Low distortion and fast settling time also make it ideal for active filter applications. Applications include automotive infotainment systems, automotive driver assistance systems, imaging, consumer video, active filters, coaxial cable drivers, clock buffers, photodiode preamp and contact image sensor and buffers.

- Input offset voltage of ±2.5mV typical and input bias current of +2pA typical at TA = 25°C, VS = 5V
- Output swings to within 50mV of supply rails
- Low distortion of 79dBc SFDR at 1MHz, linear output current of 125mA at -40dBc
- Low power of 4.4mA per amplifier
- Small-signal bandwidth (-3dB) of 240MHz (G = +1, VO = 0.2V p-p) (TA = 25°C, VS = 5V)
- Slew rate (tR/tF) of 170/210V/µs (G = +2, VO = 2V step, 10% to 90%) (TA = 25°C, VS = 5V)
- Large-signal frequency response of 40MHz (G = +2, VO = 2V p-p, RL = 150 ohm) (TA = 25°C, VS = 5V)
- 28ns settling time to 0.1% (G = +2, VO = 2V step) (TA = 25°C, VS = 5V)
- 8-lead SOIC-N package, -40°C to +125°C temperature range
