ADG5206 is a monolithic CMOS analogue multiplexer comprising 16 single channels. The device switches one of sixteen inputs to a common output, as determined by the 4-bit binary address lines, A0, A1, A2, and A3. An EN input on the device enables or disables the device. When EN is low, the device is disabled and all channels switch off. The ultralow capacitance and charge injection of these switches make them ideal solutions for data acquisition and sample-and-hold applications, where low glitch and fast settling are required. Fast switching speed coupled with high signal bandwidth make this device suitable for video signal switching. It is used in applications such as automatic test equipment, data acquisition, instrumentation, avionics, battery monitoring, communication systems.

• On channel leakage is ±0.02nA typical
• Low on resistance is 155 ohm typical at (VS = ±10V, IS = -1mA)
• Dual-supply operation from ±9V to ±22V, single-supply operation from 9V to 40V
• VSS to VDD analogue signal range
• Operating temperature is -40°C to +125°C
• Package style is 28-lead TSSOP
