ADG5212 is a high voltage latch-up proof, quad SPST switch. This switch turn on with Logic 1. Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when on, and each switch has an input signal range that extends to the supplies. In the off condition, signal levels upto the supplies are blocked. This do not have a VL pin. The digital input is compatible with 3V logic inputs over the full operating supply range. The ultralow capacitance and charge injection of this switch make them ideal solutions for data acquisition and sample-and hold applications, where low glitch and fast settling are required. Fast switching speed together with high signal bandwidth make the parts suitable for video signal switching. Application includes automatic test equipment, data acquisition, instrumentation avionics, audio and video switching, communication systems.

• Typical channel-to-channel crosstalk is -105dB (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF, f = 1MHz)
• Typical on resistance is 160 ohm (25°C, VS = ±10V, IS = -1mA)
• Typical off isolation is -80dB (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF, f = 1MHz, 25°C)
• Typical insertion loss is -6.8dB (25°C, RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF, f = 1MHz)
• 16 lead LFCSP-WQ package, operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
