ADL7078ACPZN is a 1GHz to 20GHz low noise amplifier (LNA) with 32dBm RF input power survivability. AC-coupling capacitors and bias inductors are integrated, facilitating a compact printed circuit board (PCB) footprint. The ADL7078 has a gain of 13dB, an output power for 1dB compression (OP1dB) of 16.5dBm, a typical output third-order intercept (OIP3) of 28dBm, and a noise figure of 4.4dB from 2GHz to 18GHz. This LNA operates on a 5V supply voltage (VDD) and has a nominal quiescent current (IDQ) of 175mA. It is fabricated on a gallium arsenide (GaAs), pseudomorphic high electron mobility transfer (pHEMT) process. It is used in applications such as electronic warfare, test and measurement equipment, and satellite communications.
