ADR130 is a micropower, low voltage, high precision voltage reference in the industry. Featuring 0.35% initial accuracy and 25ppm/°C of temperature drift. This device's voltage reference only requires 80μA for typical operation. This device's design includes a proprietary temperature drift curvature correction technique that minimizes the nonlinearities in the output voltage vs. temperature characteristics. It is used in applications such as battery-powered instrumentation, portable medical equipment, communication infrastructure equipment etc.

- Quiescent current is 75µA typical at (TA = 25°C, VIN = 2V to 18V)
- Voltage noise is 3µV p-p typical at (0.1Hz to 10Hz, TA = 25°C, VIN = 2V to 18V)
- Input voltage range from 2V to 18V, temperature coefficient is 5ppm/°C typical
- Output voltage hysteresis is 150ppm typical at (TA = 25°C, VIN = 2V to 18V)
- Turn on settling time is 80µs typical at (0.1%, CLOAD = 0.1µF)
- Operating temperature is -40°C to +125°C, package style is 6-lead TSOT
