HMC-C011

HMC-C011 is a general purpose broadband high isolation non-reflective GaAs MESFET SPDT switch housed in a miniature hermetic module with field replaceable SMA connectors. Covering DC to 20GHz, the switch offers high isolation and low insertion loss. The switch features >45dB isolation up to 5GHz and >35dB isolation up to 20GHz. CMOS interface allows a single positive +5V bias voltage at very low DC currents. Applications include base station infrastructure, fibre optics & broadband telecom, microwave radio & VSAT, military radios, radar, & ECM, test instrumentation.

• Input power for 1dB compression is 23dBm typical at (0.5 - 20.0GHz, TA = +25°C)
• Switching transients is 20mVpp typical at (DC - 20GHz, TA = +25°C)
• Operating temperature range from -55°C to +85°C
