LTC1288CS8#PBF

LTC1288 is a 3V micropower, 12bit, successive approximation sampling A/D converter. It typically draw only 160µA of supply current when converting and automatically power down to a typical supply current of 1nA whenever they are not performing conversions. Typical applications include pen screen digitizing, battery-operated systems, remote data acquisition, isolated data acquisition, battery monitoring, temperature measurement.

• Guaranteed ±3/4LSB max DNL and ±2LSB max INL
• ±8LSB gain error and ±3LSB offset error
• On-chip sample-and-hold
• 100µs conversion time and 2-channel MUX

• I/O compatible with SPI, microwire, etc
• 8 lead SOIC package
