LTC2634IMSE-HZ12#PBF

LTC2634IMSE-HZ12#PBF is a quad channel, 12bit voltage output DAC with an integrated, high accuracy, 10ppm/°C low drift reference. LTC2634-H has rail-to-rail output buffers and is guaranteed monotonic. The LTC2634-H has a full-scale output of 4.096V and operates from a 4.5V to 5.5V supply. This DAC communicates via an SPI/MICROWIRE compatible 3-wire serial interface which operates at clock rates up to 50MHz. The LTC2634 incorporates a power-on reset circuit. Applications include mobile communications, process control and industrial automation, automatic test equipment, portable equipment, and automotive.

• Multiplying Bandwidth is 320KHz typical at (TA = 25°C, VCC = 4.5V to 5.5V)
• Power supply rejection ratio is -80dB typical at (VCC = 5V ±10%)
• Industrial temperature range from -40°C to 85°C, 10-lead MSOP package
