LTC6247IMS8#TRPBF is a dual, power-efficient rail-to-rail I/O op-amp. The combination of high bandwidth, high slew rate, low power consumption and low broadband noise makes these amplifiers unique among rail-to-rail input/output op-amps with similar supply currents. They are ideal for lower supply voltage high-speed signal conditioning systems. Applications include low voltage, high-frequency signal processing, driving A/D converters, rail-to-rail buffer amplifiers, active filters, video amplifiers, fast current sensing amplifiers, and battery-powered equipment.

• Fast output recovery
• Slew rate is 90V/µs typ at AV = -3.33, 4.6V, VS = 5V
• Input noise voltage density is 4.2nV/√Hz typ at f = 100KHz, VS = 5V
• Supply voltage range from 2.5V to 5.25V
• Input offset voltage is 50µV typ at VCM = half supply, VS = 5V
• Common mode rejection ratio is 110dB typ at VCM = 0V to 3.5V, VS = 5V
• Input bias current is 100nA minimum at VCM = V+ - 0.5V, NPN mode, VS = 5V
• 8-lead plastic MSOP package
