LTM4658IY#PBF

LTM4658IY#PBF is a complete 10A step-down switching mode μModule® regulator. The package includes the switching controller, power MOSFETs, inductor and all support components. Operating over an input voltage range of 2.25V to 5.5V, this device supports an output voltage range of 0.5V to VIN set by external resistors. Its high-efficiency design delivers 10A continuous output current. Only ceramic input and output capacitors are needed. It employs a silent switcher 2 architecture with internal hot loop bypass capacitors to achieve both low EMI and high efficiency at high switching frequencies. It also supports frequency synchronization, multiphase operation, selectable pulse-skipping mode operation, output voltage tracking for supply rail sequencing. It is used in applications such as telecom, datacom, networking system, optical module, industrial equipment, point-of-load regulation.

• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, 25-pin BGA package
