MAX3180EUK+T

The MAX3180EUK+T is a +3V to +5.5V, 1.5Mbps RS232 receiver in 5 pin SOT-23 package. This receiver in SOT23-5 package for space and cost constrained applications requiring minimal RS232 communications. This device minimizes power and heat dissipation by consuming only 0.5µA supply current from a +3V to +5.5V supply voltage. It guarantees true RS232 performance up to a 1.5Mbps data rate. The MAX3180 features a three-state TTL/ CMOS receiver output that is controlled by an EN (active-low) logic input. Ideally used at diagnostic ports, telecommunications, networking equipment, set-top boxes, digital cameras and hand held equipment.

• 0.15µs receiver propagation delay, high to low and low to high
• 50ns receiver skew
• 200ns receiver output enable time
• 200ns receiver output disable time
