The MXD1818UR29+T is a low power µP reset circuit in 3 pin SOT-23 package. This circuit monitors power supply in µP and digital systems, it provides excellent circuit reliability, low cost by eliminating external components and adjustments when used with +2.5V, +3V and +3.3V systems. Circuit asserts a reset signal whenever VCC declines below preset threshold, keeping reset asserted for at least 100ms after VCC rises above reset threshold and also keep reset asserted for at least 100ms after output is momentarily pulled to GND by an external pushbutton switch. It has an open-drain active-low RESET output. This open-drain device has an internal pull-up resistor to VCC. It features a debounced manual-reset that asserts reset if active-low RESET pin is pulled low for more than 1.5µs. It is used in critical µP and µC monitoring, printers, set-top boxes, intelligent instruments, portable/battery powered equipments, computers and controllers.

- Maximum supply current is 16µA at VCC = +5.5V, VCC <gt/> VTH, no load
- 7.5Kohm internal pull-up resistor, open-drain
