The FPA100 series from Arcol/Ohmite are thick film power resistors. The FPA100 is available connected as two terminals or four terminals in parallel or series. Due to a non inductive design, these elements are ideally suited for high frequency and pulse load applications.
- Resistance range includes E24 decade values from 1ohm to 5Mohm
- SOT-227 package
- 100W dissipation in a small footprint
- Very low inductance of ≤50nH
- Direct heatsink mounting
- Working temperature range from -55°C to 155°C
- Available with ±1%, ±5% and ±10% tolerance values
- Temperature coefficient is ±100ppm (at +105°C ref to +25°C)
- Dielectric strength is 4KVDC
- Maximum working voltage of 1KVrms and power rating of 100W at 25°C
