It includes 16KB flash, 1.28KB RAM, 16 Dig I/O pins, 4 x 16bit timers, 3 PCA channels, -40 to 125°C temperature range, Industrial grade, 3x3 QFN20 package, and additional communication peripherals. It offers high-value by integrating advanced analogue and communication peripherals into small packages, making them ideal for space-constrained applications. With an efficient 8051 core, 5 volt capable I/O, precision analogue, and enhanced pulse width modulation, this family is also optimal for embedded applications.
