제품 개요
TL431BW5-7 is an adjustable precision shunt regulator. It offers excellent temperature stability and output current handling capability upto 100mA. The output voltage may be set to any chosen voltage between 2.5 and 36 volts by selection of two external divider resistors. This device can be used as a replacement for zener diodes in many applications requiring an improvement in zener performance. It is used in applications such as opto-coupler linearisers, shunt regulators, improved zener, and variable reference.
- Reference voltage is 2.495V typical, low output noise
- Sink current capability: 1mA to 100mA
- Dynamic output impedance is 0.2 ohm typical at (VKA = VREF, f = 0Hz)
- Reference input current is 4µA maximum at (IKA = 10mA, R1 = 10Kohm, R2 = ∞)
- Off-state current is 0.5µA maximum at (VKA = 36V, VREF = 0V)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
