FF150R12W2T7EB11BPSA1 is an EasyDUAL™ 2B, 1200V, 150A common emitter IGBT module with TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT T7, EC7, Pressfit Pin, and NTC. Suitable for motor drives, air conditioning, auxiliary inverters, servo drives and UPS systems applications.
- Electrical features: VCES = 1200V
- IC nom = 150A / ICRM = 300A
- Overload operation up to 175°C and low VCE,sat
- Mechanical features: high power density, compact design
- Al2O3 substrate with low thermal resistance
- PressFIT contact technology
- 2.5KV AC 1 minute insulation and integrated NTC temperature sensor
- Easy family with 12mm height
- Easy to design, increased power density, best cost-performance and reduced system costs
- 1.55V typ collector-emitter saturation voltage at IC = 150A, VGE = 15V, Tvj = 25°C
