TLE5109A16E1210XUMA1 is a 3.3V, single-die, analogue AMR angle sensor with TCO. It detects the orientation of a magnetic field by measuring sine and cosine angle components with Magneto Resistive (MR) elements. The sensor provides analogue sine and cosine output voltages that describe the magnetic angle in a range of 0 to 180° (AMR sensor) respectively. It is a single die and also an Anisotropic Magneto Resistance (AMR) sensor for high precision in a top-bottom. The differential MR bridge signals are independent of the magnetic field strength to maintain constant output voltage over a wide temperature and field range. The analogue output is designed for differential or single-ended applications and an internal temperature compensation is applied for higher accuracy. Potential applications include BLDC motors, pedals and rotary switches, steering angle sensing, and valve or flap position sensing.

- PG-TDSO-16 package, ambient temperature range from -40 to 140°C
