TLS820F3ELV33BOARDTOBO1 is a OPTIREGTM linear voltage regulator TLS820F3ELV33 demo board. It is to be used during the design-in process for evaluating the TLS820F3ELV33 from Infineon Technologies AG. Typical applications include automotive general ECUs, telematics systems, ADAS cameras and radar systems, navigation systems and body control modules.
- Output voltage of 3.3V ±2%
- Current capability of 200mA
- Input voltage range from 3V to 42V
- Stable with 1µF ceramic output capacitor
- Ultra low current consumption: typically 26µA
- Very low drop out voltage: typically 100mV at 100mA
- Watchdog circuit for monitoring a microprocessor
- Watchdog inhibit, separate outputs for reset and watchdog and enable function
- Output current limitation and overtemperature shutdown
- Output voltage supervision by reset circuit
