The DSA10I100PM is a silicon high performance Schottky Diode with plastic over moulded tab for electric isolation. It features extremely low switching loss, high reliability circuit operation and soft recovery single diode. It is used as rectifiers in switch mode power supplies (SMPS) and freewheeling diode in low voltage converter.
