The DSA30C100PN is a silicon high performance Schottky Diode with soldering pins for PCB mounting and plastic over moulded tab base plate. It feature features extremely low switching loss, high reliability circuit operation and soft recovery common cathode configuration. It is used as rectifiers in switch mode power supplies (SMPS) and freewheeling diode in low voltage converter.
