6½-digit data acquisition/multimeter system with model 7700 20-channel differential multiplexer module with automatic cold reference junction compensation for thermocouple measurements. DAQ6510 touchscreen provides simple configuration with visual and intuitive test setups to reduce setup and test time.

• 2 year specified, full featured, traceable 6½-digit multimeter with 0.0025% DCV basic accuracy
• Standard LAN/LXI and USB-TMC communication interfaces
