MAX11643EEG+

The MAX11643EEG+ is an 8bit, 16-channel, 300Ksps ADC with FIFO and internal reference in 24 pin QSOP package. The ADC has internal track and hold (T/H) circuitry supporting single ended inputs. Data is converted from analogue voltage sources in a variety of channel and data-acquisition configurations. The MAX11643 feature on-chip FIFO, scan mode, internal clock mode, internal averaging and AutoShutdown. The maximum sampling rate is 300Ksps using an external clock. This device operate from either a +3V supply or a +5V supply and contain a 10MHz SPI/QSPI/MICROWIRE compatible serial port. Typical applications include system supervision, data-acquisition systems, industrial control systems, patient monitoring, data logging and instrumentation.
