MAX4454EUD+

The MAX4454EUD+ is a low cost, +3V/+5V, 620μA, 200MHz, single supply quad op-amp with rail to rail outputs in 14 pin TSSOP package. The MAX4454 is a quad amplifier that combines high speed performance with ultra low power consumption. The device is unity gain stable and achieves a -3dB bandwidth of 200MHz. It consumes only 620μA of supply current per amplifier. This amplifier operates from a +2.7V to +5.25V single supply and feature rail to rail outputs. Along with an excellent speed/power ratio of 323MHz/mA, it features a slew rate of 95V/μs and fast 20ns rise and fall times. It is ideal for low power/ low voltage systems that require wide bandwidth such as cell phones and keyless entry systems.
